Our pizzas are baked in a traditional wood-fired oven using only the best wood that is safe and burns at an extremely high temperature which allows us to follow the proper Italian method and standard of wood-fired baking - 90 seconds at a temperature of 400°C, crafting delicious, wood-fired pizza for you, every time.
